57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektronisches Gerät zur Erstellung eines Podcasts. Hierzu weist das erfindungsgemäße elektronische Gerät mindestens eine Steuereinheit, eine Speichereinheit, ein Kommunikationsmodul, eine Audioein- und Audioausgabeeinheit auf. Das elektronische Gerät wandelt die von der Audioeingabeeinheit aufgenommenen Audiosignale in eine digitale Audiodatei und speichert diese digitale Audiodatei in der Speichereinheit. Die digitale Audiodatei ist mittels der Steuereinheit in verschiedene vordefinierte Audioformate wandelbar. Bei Betätigung einer definierten Taste eines Tastenfeldes, das am elektronischen Gerät angeordnet ist, wt gespeicherte digitale Audiodatei in ein gewünschtes Audio-Format und erstellt eine XML-Datei. Anschließend verknüpft die Steuereinheit diese XML-Datei mit der Audiodatei und trägt die notwendigen Daten der XML-Datei in diese ein. Anschließend überträgt die Steuereinheit die XML- und Audiodatei an einen vordefinierten Server im Inter- oder Intranet.
[EN] The device (1) has a controlling unit (4), a memory unit (5), an audio input unit (2) and an audio output unit (13), where the device converts audio signals taken by the audio input unit into a digital audio data file and memorizes the digital audio data file in the memory unit in an audio format. The controlling unit indicates an XML data file, and is arranged on the device during actuation of defined keys, where the audio data file is linked with the XML data file. The audio data file represents data that is recorded in the XML data file. The digital audio data file is selected from MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3 (MP3)-data file, a waveform audio file format-data file, a digital speech standard-data file, a digital speech standard PRO-data file, a windows media audio-data file, a video file format-data file or MPEG-1 Audio Layer 4 (MP4)-data file.
