57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft einen stoß- und schwingungsdämpfenden Transportträger, insbesondere eine Transportpalette zum Transport stoß- und vibrationsempfindlicher Transportgüter, wobei der Transportträger wenigstens eine Grundplatte und wenigstens eine darüber angeordnete Trägerplatte aufweist und Grundplatte und Trägerplatte über wenigstens ein erstes elastisches Element gekoppelt sind, welches einer Schubverformung unterliegt. Der Transportträger weist einen einfachen konstruktiven Aufbau auf und gewährleistet hervorragende Dämpfungseigenschaften, so dass durch mechanische Fixierung der zu transportierenden Güter, beispielsweise elektronische Baugruppen, auf dem Transportträger ein sicherer Transport unabhängig von normalen Transportbelastungen gewährleistet werden kann.
[EN] The carrier (1) has a carrier plate (3) arranged over a base plate (2), and a spring element for coupling the carrier and base plates, where the spring element is subjected to shear deformation during vibration of transporting goods (T). The spring element is adapted to dimensions of the goods and inserted into recesses formed between the carrier and base plates. The carrier plate is effectively connected with the spring element, and is movable in vertical and horizontal directions. The spring element is made of elastomer, compressed elastomer granules or elastomer flour and hard rubber.
