[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kohlenstoffstahl mit (in Gew.-%) C 0,75-0,85%, Si max. 0,40%, Mn 0,20-0,90%, P max. 0,035%, S max. 0,035%, Al max. 0,060%, Cr max. 0,40%, N 0,003-0,010%, vorzugsweise 0,005-0,008%, mindestens einem Mikrolegierungselement mit einem Gehalt von maximal 12%, der Rest besteht aus Eisen und erschmelzungsbedingten Verunreinigungen. Als Mikrolegierungselemente können Ti, Nb, V und ggf. Zr eingesetzt werden. Ein derartiger Kohlenstoffstahl wird mit einem hohen Kaltreduktionsgrad zu texturgewalztem Bandstahl kalt gewalzt und lässt sich insbesondere als Material für Aufrollfedern oder sonstige Bauteile mit Federeigenschaften einsetzen. |
