[EN] The system (10) has rotating body (12) and a brake device (13) attached to the rotating body, where the brake device is incorporated with a cutting tool (14) for cutting action of the rotating body. The rotating body is formed in an axially symmetrical manner, and a bearing is provided for mounting the rotating body. A cooling system cools the cutting tool and/or the rotating body and supplies a cooling fluid into the cutting tool and/or the rotating body.
