[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft neue Kompositwerkstoffe aus mehreren festen Basisstoffen und festen Bindemitteln auf Basis hochschmelzender Polyester mit hohen mechanischen Eigenschaften und einer hohen Flammfestigkeit. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, Kompositwerkstoffe oder Verbundmaterialien ausschließlich aus Feststoffen, von denen mindestens eine Komponente thermoplastisch schmelzbar ist, und Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt mit Kompositwerkstoffen aus mindestens einem anorganischen oder organischen Basismaterial und aus mindestens einem thermoplastischen Kondensationspolymeren als Bindemittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie a) anorganisches Basismaterial, das zu zwischen 1 und 50 Gew.-% und aus Silikaten, gemahlenen Gesteinen, gemahlenen Zeolithen, Vulkanasche, Kraftwerksasche, Flugasche, Erdalkalioxioden oder -hydroxiden, Erdmetalloxiden oder -hydroxiden oder Kreide gebildet wird, b) organisches Basismaterial, das zu 45 und 95 Gew.-% und aus zerkleinerten vernetzten oder unvernetzten Kunststoffen, zerkleinerten Kunststoffabfällen, zerkleinerten nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, cellulosischen Materialien oder Reststoffen aus der Nahrungsmittelindustrie besteht, c) Bindemittel, das zu zwischen 54 und 1 Gew.-% und ein schmelzbares, bei Zimmertemperatur festes Oligomeres oder Polymeres mit einer Molmasse zwischen etwa 3000 g/mol und 65000 g/mol darstellt, enthalten und mit einem Verfahren zur Herstellung der ...
