57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur dezentralen Erzeugung eines vorzugsweise pumpbaren Pyrolyseproduktes aus geringe Energiedichten aufweisenden biogenen Stoffen sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Die Pyrolyse der biogenen Stoffe wird in einer mobilen Pyrolyseanlage durchgeführt, die in die nächste Nähe zu den Erzeugungs- bzw. Lagerorten der biogenen Stoffe transportiert und dort betrieben wird.
[EN] A flash pyrolyzed , preferably pumpable, product is prepared from biomass using a mobile processing unit, and then transported e.g. in tankers to a conversion center. In the flash pyrolysis, the temperature of the raw biomass is rapidly raised to 450-500[deg]C, e.g. at a rate of 1000[deg]C/second, to produce carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and methane gases, plus a mixture of pyrolysis coke and oil.
