[DE] Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Baugruppe aus einer Karosserie und einem Kraftstofftank bereitgestellt. Der Kraftstofftank (2) weist eine Unterschale (7) und eine Oberschale (8) auf. Der Kraftstofftank (2) ist so geformt, dass an örtlichen Einzügen (2) die Oberschale (7) und die Unterschale (8) sich berühren und Aussparungen (9) aufweisen. An den örtlichen Einzügen (4) sind Befestigungsvorrichtungen (5) angebracht, die durch die Aussparungen (4) verlaufen und an denen der Kraftstofftank (2) hängend an der Karosserie (1) befestigt ist.
[EN] The fuel tank (2) is assembled of an upper (7) and a lower shell (8) made of polyethylene and is attached to the bottom (1) of the vehicle. A hollow bearing block (6) protrudes from the bottom (1) and is inserted into a complementary recess (10) at the upper shell (7) of the tank (2). The lower shell (8) is also provided with a recess (9) resulting in a flat contact area between the two shells (7,8). A bolt (12) is guided through bores in the bearing block (6) and the two shells (7,8) and secured with a nut (11). An independent claim is given for a method for joining a fuel tank to the bottom of a vehicle. |
