57 Abstract AB [DE] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Körperimplantat (1), insbesondere einen Stent, zum Einführen oder Implantieren in einen lebenden Körper mit einem Markerelement (2) aus einem röntgensichtbaren Material, das in einen Ausschnitt (10) einer Implantatstruktur (11) eingesetzt wird, wobei der Ausschnitt (10) zu seinen beiden Öffnungsseiten Aufweitungen (12, 14) aufweist und das Markerelement (2) in den Ausschnitt (10) eingepresst bzw. eingenietet ist, so dass ein Formschluss zwischen dem Markerelement und der Implantatstruktur gebildet ist.
[EN] The insertion apparatus has an X-ray visible material-made marker element inserted into a cutout (10) present in an implant structure (11). The cutout has expansion in both opening sides to allow the conical shape of the implant structure in the exterior side to lie adjacent to the conical expansion of the implant structure in the interior side for forming a double cone (12,14), where the marker element is pressed or retrieved into the cutout. Independent claims are included: (a) a method for increasing X-ray visibility of stent; and (b) manufacture of a bodily implant having an X-ray visible marker element.
