[DE] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Entfernungsmessung, bei dem ein Objekt mit intensitätsmodulierter elektromagnetischer Strahlung beleuchtet wird und die Intensität der von dem Objekt reflektierten und/oder gestreuten Strahlung mit mindestens einem Detektor Laufzeit- bzw. phasensensitiv detektiert wird. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Entfernungsmessung mit einer Quelle für intensitätsmodulierte elektromagnetische Strahlung und mit mindestens einem Laufzeit-sensitiven Detektor für die intensitätsmodulierte Strahlung. DOLLAR A Um ein optisches Meßverfahren und eine entsprechende Vorrichtung bereitzustellen, die einen erweiterten Eindeutigkeitsbereich der Messung und eine erhöhte Genauigkeit erlauben, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß mindestens ein weiteres optisches Verfahren zur Entfernungsmessung angewandt wird. Hinsichtlich der Vorrichtung wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß Einrichtungen zur Durchführung mindestens eines weiteren optischen Verfahrens zur Entfernungsmessung vorgesehen sind.
[EN] The method involves irradiating an object (5) with an intensity-modulated electromagnetic radiation, and providing an electrical reference signal to a time-of-flight unit of a detector (6). The signal is correlated with the intensity modulation of the radiation and the radiation falling on the time-of-flight unit is mixed with the reference signal. A delay time between the reference signal and the radiation is detected. An independent claim is also included for a device for executing a method for measuring a distance of an object. |
