57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft neue Cytochrom P450-Monoxygenasen, welche zur Oxidation N-heterocyclischer aromatischer Verbindungen befähigt sind, dafür kodierende Nukleotidsequenzen, diese Sequenzen enthaltende Expressionskonstrukte und Vektoren, damit transformierte Mikroorganismen, Verfahren zur mikrobiologischen Oxidation N-heterocyclischer aromatischer Verbindungen und insbesondere Verfahren zur Herstellung von Indigo und Indirubin.
[EN] Cytochrome P450 monooxygenase (I) that can oxidize at least one of the following types of substrates(A): (i) optionally substituted mono- or poly-cyclic aromatic heterocyclics containing nitrogen, sulfur or oxygen; (ii) optionally substituted mono- or poly-cyclic aromatics; (iii) linear or branched alkanes or alkenes, or (iv) optionally substituted cycloalkanes or cycloalkenes, is new.
