[DE] Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rahmen aus Profilen oder Rohren, insbesondere Fahrradrahmen, wobei einseitige Muffen an den Verbindungsstellen verklebt, verschweißt oder verlötet werden und diese einseitigen Muffen sehr einfach und flexibel gefertigt werden können. Zusätzlich werden Schrauben, Stifte oder Niete eingesetzt als Montagehilfe und zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit der Verbindung.
[EN] One-sided sleeves connect the profiled tubes through welding, soldering or adhesive and form a part of each opening profile through material or positive locking connection. The connection with the second profile is through a recess formed on the sleeve. The one-sided sleeve is first fitted on the continuous tube by soldering, riveting etc and then the join is made with the opening profiles in a further work step. In the case of profiles of large diameter several connecting elements can be used on one profile. The sleeves can be made on CNC machines |
