[DE] Es wird ein Gerät beschrieben und zum Patent angemeldet, das es erlaubt auf einfache Weise und ohne PC und ohne PC-Kenntnisse sicheres Homebanking, E-Commerce und allgemeine Telefonie zu betreiben. Zur eindeutigen Erkennung des Nutzers sind biometrische Erkennungsverfahren vorgesehen.
[EN] The apparatus includes a housing in which a microphone/loudspeaker combination and/or a telephone receiver (5), and a device (1) for four-dimensional detection of handwriting which simultaneously functions as a keypad and has a display below it, are combined with a chip-card reader (4). A receipt printer is provided for printing out a paper document of the transaction. In use, the paper is laid on the handwriting checker to allow a handwriting check when the user signs the receipt. A single-board computer (2) with suitable software and a modem (3) perform tasks for calculation and control of all processes and to create and maintain a telephone connection. All biometric characteristics and the necessary virtual formulae are stored on the chip card. Further biometric recognition techniques may be used e.g. to recognize the face, voice, or fingerprint. |
