[DE] Suspensionen, Pulver und Formkörper auf der Basis von Indium-Zinn-Oxid werden dadurch hergestellt, daß man Indiumoxid- und Zinnoxid-Vorstufen in Gegenwart einer oder mehrerer oberflächenmodifizierender Komponenten aus Lösungen in einem oder mehreren Lösungsmitteln ausfällt, das erhaltene Pulver nach Entfernung des Lösungsmittels calciniert, dann eine oder mehrere oberflächenmodifizierende Komponenten und ein oder mehrere Lösungsmittel zugibt, die erhaltene Mischung einer Zerkleinerungs- oder Dispergierungsbehandlung unterwirft, gegebenenfalls flüssige Komponenten abtrennt, um ein Pulver zu erhalten, und gegebenenfalls das erhaltene Pulver über ein Formgebungsverfahren in einen Formkörper überführt. DOLLAR A Die so hergestellten Indium-Zinn-Oxid-Materialien eignen sich insbesondere als Beschichtungsmaterial für mikro- und optoelektronische Zwecke.
[EN] Process for the production of indium-tin oxide suspensions, powders and molded articles comprises precipitation of precursors in the presence of a surface modifying agent, calcining the resulting powder and comminuting the powder with a surface modifying component. Suspensions, powders and molded articles of indium-tin oxide (I) are prepared by (A) precipitation of indium oxide and tin oxide precursors from solution in the presence of at least one surface modifying component; (B) calcining of the resulting powder after removal of the solvent; (C) addition of a surface modifying component and a solvent; (D) subjecting the resulting mixture to a comminution or dispersion treatment; (E) optionally removing liquid components to yield a powder; and (F) optionally forming the powder into a molded article. |
