57 Abstract AB [DE] Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung ermöglichen die automatische Entgasung von Flüssigkeitskreisläufen oder -behältern. Hierzu werden z. B. vier Ventile, wovon min. zwei Quetschventile sind, so angeordnet und in logischer Reihenfolge betätigt, daß der gesamte Kreislauf einem erhöhten Druck unterworfen wird, ein Teil der zu entgasenden Flüssigkeit abgesaugt, einem Unterdruck ausgesetzt, entgast und danach wieder in den Kreislauf oder Behälter zurückgefördert wird.
[EN] Liquid degassing is carried out by operating valves, including pinch-valves, in a logical sequence for entry and reduced pressure degassing of a portion of the liquid, the operation being reversed to return the liquid into the system. A liquid degassing process uses several valves, of which at least two are pinch-valves, operated in a logical sequence such that a portion of the liquid flows or is sucked into the apparatus and is degassed by the reduced pressure produced in a pinch-valve chamber (17), optionally with the aid of reduced pressure in a pressure chamber (8). The gas is discharged via an upper valve (2), while the degassed liquid is returned to the system by reversal of the operation, i.e. sequentially closing of valves (11,7,20). Preferred Features: The liquid to be degassed may be additionally pressurized by the pinch-valves to improve gas collection in the circuit or vessel. The gas outlet end (4) may have a venting valve and an odor filter, e.g. an active carbon filter. The pinch-valves are pneumatically or hydraulically operated.
