57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Beseitigen von Ablationsrückständen beim Laserstrukturierungsprozeß durch Ablation.$A Sie bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der Laseroberflächenbehandlung und -bearbeitung und ist insbesondere bei der Laserstrukturierung durch Ablation mit dem Verfahren der Maskenprojektion einsetzbar.$A Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt bei diesem Verfahren die Reinigung der Oberfläche des strukturierten Werkstücks nach dem Laserstrukturierungsprozeß mit der gleichen Laserstrahlung, mit der auch der Laserstrukturierungsprozeß durchgeführt wurde.
[EN] The method has the surface (8) of a structured workpiece (9) cleaned for removal of the ablation products after a laser structuring process, by using the same laser radiation and the same laser parameters as are used for the laser structuring process itself.
