57 Abstract AB [DE] Ein Laufrad für Zweiräder aus mehreren Teilen, wie Felgenring, Speichen oder Speichenstern und Nabenkörper, die vorzugsweise formschlüssig verbunden werden und die keine Vorspannung einzelner Teile benötigen, um die geforderte Stabilität zu erreichen. Die einzelnen Teile können in unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen oder Verfahren gefertigt werden. Die Speichen sind vorzugsweise hohl ausgebildet. Die Montage erfolgt durch Kleben, Schweißen, Löten, Nieten oder Schrauben.
[EN] The hollow chamber achieves its stability without individual parts being fitted under tension. The hollow chambers are available in individual parts and have such a geometry that the removal of the core or counter piece necessary for their production is no longer possible after installation of the parts with the counterpieces in the running wheel. The load-carrying materials used are more than 80 per cent metallic and/or isotropic. The individual parts are connected by adhesion, welding, soldering, screwing or riveting or a combination of these process. The profile of the rim ring is extruded and the spokes are metal plate parts.
