57 Abstract AB [DE] Es wird eine neuartige Wägezelle beschrieben, die als Grundmaterial eine keramische Werkstoffplatte (3) nutzt. Darauf direkt aufgebracht ist eine metallische Schicht. Daraus werden feine Widerstandsbahnen (2) geätzt oder gelasert. Diese Widerstandsbahnen ändern bei Biegung oder Stauchung entsprechend dem eingeleiteten Gewicht oder der eingeleiteten Kraft ihren elektrischen Widerstand, der in entsprechenden Schaltungen aufgenommen und ausgewertet wird.
[EN] The load-cell which uses an industrial ceramic as its base-plate (3) has a metallic layer fixed direct to this. Fine resistance paths (2) are etched or cut by laser into this. These paths change, bending according to their electrical resistance to the applied weight or force, and this change is taken up and evaluated by corresponding switching. The metallic resistor material may be applied by spraying or galvanising and the resistance paths have a meandering geometric form. The load cells are relatively simple to make because they use only two materials and are easy to use.
