57	Abstract	AB	[EN] A device has a long and wide strip-like section made of a recyclable material which insulates against cold and dampness, e.g. air cushion film covered with another material. Both the top and the bottom end of the strip is equipped with a pocket of any desired geometric shape which serves as a foot bag at the lower end and as a hood at the top end. An extension of the front material strip provides protection for the user's thighs, stomach and chest.
