57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Temperierung (Wärmen und/oder Kühlen) von Bauteilen, in denen sich mindestens ein mit einem mineralischen Werkstoff vollständig umschlossener Hohlraum mit mindestens zwei von außen erreichbaren separaten Zugängen befindet, wobei ein Rohrelement durchgängig im vollständig umschlossenen Hohlraum und den Zugängen derart angeordnet ist, dass ein durchgängiger Spalt zwischen der äußeren Kontur des Rohrelements und der Hohlraumkontur des mineralischen Bauteils gebildet wird, und der Spalt vollständig mit einem zellulären Werkstoff ausgefüllt ist, dessen Poren von metallischem Material umschlossen sind. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung entsprechender Bauteile.
[EN] The device for the tempering of component parts, in which a continuous gap exists between the outer contour of a pipe element and the cavity contour of a mineral component, has an arrangement whereby the gap is filled completely with a cellular material, the pores of which are enclosed by a metal material. The component is a prefabricated part and is a concrete hollow core plank or a prestressed concrete hollow plank. The filling material is a metal foam and may consist of metal balls. An independent claim is included for a method for the creating of component tempering.
