57 Abstract AB [DE] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Maschinenbauteil in Verbundbauweise, insbesondere ein Pumpenbauteil mit einem metallischen Teil (6) und einem Hybridgußteil (7), wobei der Hybridgußteil (7) mittels wenigstens eines Verankerungselementes, welches in dem Hybridgußteil (7) eine Hinterschneidung bildet, an dem metallischen Teil (6) festgelegt ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Sanierung eines geschädigten, metallischen Maschinenbauteils, bei welchem man ein saniertes Maschinenbauteil in Verbundbauweise erhält. Die Erfindung stellt sich der Aufgabe, ein Maschinenbauteil in Hybridbauweise zu schaffen, welches einen möglichst großen metallischen Teil aufweist, das hierdurch eine höhere Festigkeit erreicht werden kann. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß als Verankerungselement Lochblech (8) verwendet wird, welches mittels Distanzstücken (9) in einem geringen Abstand zur Oberfläche des metallischen Teils (6) gehalten wird und über die Distanzstücke (9) an dem metallischen Teil (6) befestigt ist.
[EN] A pump component is fabricated of composite materials consisting of a metal part (6) and a cast hybrid component (7). The cast hybrid component has an anchorage section with an undercut to which the metal part is fixed. The anchorage part is perforated sheet metal (8) of thickness 1-2 mm with distance-spacers (9) maintaining a small separation from the surface of the metal part (6), to which it is attached by the spacers (9).
