57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft einen resistiven Sauerstoffsensor mit einer sauerstoffsensitiven Sensorfunktionsschicht auf der Basis komplexer Metalloxide der allgemeinen Formel DOLLAR A LaCu¶1-x¶Fe¶x¶O¶3-y¶, wobei DOLLAR A La für Lanthan, DOLLAR A Cu für Kupfer, DOLLAR A Fe für Eisen, DOLLAR A O für Sauerstoff, DOLLAR A x für eine Zahl größer als ein Zehntel und kleiner oder gleich fünf Zehntel, d. h. 0,1 < x < 0,5, und DOLLAR A y für das Sauerstoffdefizit, das sich je nach Zusammensetzung aus der Elektroneutralitätsbedingung einstellt, steht.
[EN] A resistive oxygen sensor has an oxygen sensitive-layer based on a complex metal oxide with the general formula LaCu1-xFexO3-y where La is Lanthanum, Cu is copper, Fe is iron, O is oxygen, and 0.1 <= x <= 0.5 and where depending upon the composition y is the oxygen deficit occurring after the establishment of electro-neutralization. No more than 10 per cent of the La ions and/or Cu ions and/or Fe ions are replaced by other ions with another valency. No more than 50 pr cent of the La ions and/or Fe ions are replaced by another ion of the same valency. The ratio of La/(Fe + Cu) in lieu 1 greater than 0.9 or less than 1.1. The oxygen sensor may incorporate a sintering agent, and an intermediate layer of SrAl2O4 between the substrate (Al2O3, MgO, ZrO2 or AIN) and the sensor functional layer.
