57 Abstract AB [DE] Nanostrukturierte optische Bauteile werden dadurch hergestellt, daß man in einer nanoskalige Teilchen enthaltenden härtbaren Matrixphase durch eine Raster-Sonden-Technik eine Nanostrukturierung in Form eines Konzentrationsgradienten der nanoskaligen Teilchen erzeugt und anschließend die Matrixphase unter Beibehaltung des Konzentrationsgradienten härtet.
[EN] Nanostructured optical components are produced by forming a nanostructure in the form of a concentration gradient of nanoscale particles in a hardenable matrix phase containing nanoscale particles using scanning technology; and hardening the matrix phase maintaining the concentration gradient. Preferred Features: The nanostructures are obtained using a near field scanning technique with visible IR or UV light or with laser, electron or ion beams. The nanoscale particles have a diameter of not more than 50, preferably not more than 20 nm.
