57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochgeschwindigkeitsschere zum Teilen bzw. Trennen von Kalt- und/oder Warmband mittels wenigstens einer Messertrommel 1, 2, die in einem Scherengehäuse 15 anstellbar gelagert sind. Zum optimierten Trennen bzw. Teilen des Kalt- und Warmbandes der Dicke 0,15 mm bis 6 mm bei Bandbreiten bis 2500 mm und Schnittgeschwindigkeiten bis 30 m/sec wird die Schere dahingehend verbessert, daß die Messertrommeln 1, 2 in dem Scherengehäuse 15 mittels Exenter anstellbar gelagert sind und der Antrieb der Exenter über wenigstens eine Ausgleichswelle 7, 8 erfolgt. Die Ausgleichswellen 7, 8 sind von einer Trommelwelle 1 antreibbar, welche ihrerseits mit einem Drehantrieb 13 in Verbindung steht.
[EN] By means of eccentrics, the cutter drums (1, 2) are mounted adjustably in bearings, inside the shear casing (15). The eccentrics are driven by one or more equalization shafts. These are driven a drum shaft, connected in its turn to a rotary drive.
