57 Abstract AB [DE] Bei bekannten Vertikutierern, die eine motorbetriebene Messerwalze aufweisen, erfolgt das Einkuppeln der Messerwalze und deren Absenkung in eine Gebrauchsstellung, durch Betätigung zweier separater Handhebel. Hinsichtlich der Handhabung hat sich dies jedoch als nachteilig erwiesen. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, die Handhabung des Vertikutierers zu vereinfachen.$A Dazu ist vorgesehen, daß eine Absenkeinrichtung (2), mit der die Messerwalze (3) in Gebrauchsstellung absenkbar ist, und die Kupplung, die eine Kraftübertragung zwischen dem Motor (1) und der Messerwalze ermöglicht, miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehen. Bei Betätigung eines Handhebels (8) wird gleichzeitig die Messerwalze in Rotation gebracht und so weit abgesenkt, daß sie in Funktionsstellung ist.$A Durch diese Maßnahme wird eine erhebliche Vereinfachung der Betätigung des Vertikutierers ermöglicht.

When a hand lever (8) is actuated, at the same time the cutter roller is set in rotation and is lowered until it is in the operating position. This measure allows a considerable simplification of the actuation of the scarifier. <IMAGE>
