Abstract |
AB |
[EN] In a turntable ladder equipped with a rescue basket for fire, rescue and assembly vehicles, which can be erected and lowered by means of hydraulic lifting cylinders, the rescue basket is, at a distance from the ground corresponding to at least half and at most three quarters of its height, articulated, pivotably about an axis running on the outside at a small distance from its rear wall, at the free end of a ladder tip which tapers towards the end and which is designed as an extension, projecting beyond the ladder park, of the upper ladder of the ladder park. It can be erected by means of a pivoting drive device, which in a special form has two self-locking spindle drives which are in each case arranged below lower upright pieces of the ladder and which engage on the basket via connecting rods, and can be held in this position by means of an automatically working control device. An electronic calculator of the control device, which is supplied with, as inputs, the set value of the elevation angle epsilon of the ladder and the actual value of the pitch alpha of the basket in relation to the upper ladder, generates control signals, with which the control drives of the basket are driven with the effect of maintaining the value 90 DEG of the angular sum alpha + epsilon . |
