[EN] The screw extruder (1), intended for welding thermoplastics, has a heating means (15, 32), to be controlled by temperature sensors (17, 24), both for the heating air used for heating the material to be welded and for the melting chamber (10) of the welding material. It is intended to eliminate running-up of the drive (2) of the screw shank (11) in the melting chamber (10) when the temperature is too low. According to the invention, a switch-on inhibit (51) of the drive motor (2) of the screw shank (11) is provided, only to be cancelled if the heating air is heated in a predetermined temperature range and the melting chamber (10) is heated in a predetermined temperature range. <IMAGE> |
