[EN] The implement is for banking up rows of plants on field cutters with blades which rotate below bottom open safety heads. On the back side of each safety head, there is a holding device for one or two suspended hollow discs which can be vertically adjusted. These discs roll away in the region behind the cutting tools and the safety head on the cut field strips. They convey a part of the soil which is holed and reduced by the cutting tools to the side in the direction of the adjacent plant rows. The hollow discs can be brought into adjustable inclined position, at variable spacing to the plant row on the holding devices. |
