Abstract |
AB |
[EN] A differential pressure transducer (1) comprises a capsule (2) having a ceramic capsule body (20) and a converter receiver in the interior, in which there is arranged a semiconductor pressure converter (3) which has a measuring diaphragm element (33) and at least one supporting element (31, 32), wherein the measuring diaphragm element (33) is connected in a pressure-tight manner to the at least one supporting element (31, 32), which has a pressure inlet opening (37, 38), wherein channels (27, 28) extend respectively from an outer surface of the capsule (2) into the converter receiver; wherein the pressure inlet opening communicates with the first channel, wherein pressure can be applied to one side of the measuring diaphragm (33) through the pressure inlet opening (38), wherein the supporting element (32) is connected in a pressure-tight manner to a wall of the converter receiver by a joint (42) which surrounds the first pressure inlet opening and the opening of the first channel (28) into the converter receiver, and wherein the second side of the measuring diaphragm is hydraulically isolated from the first side thereof and communicates with the second channel (37). |
