[EN] The invention relates to a filling machine and to a method for packing comestibles, especially drinks, in upwardly open composite packagings, and f or closing the same, using a packaging transport device, a sterilisation unit, a drying unit, a filling unit and a closing unit. The aim of the invention is to gain more time for the individual processes (sterilising, filling and closing), maintaining the same output, and to prevent the unwanted formation of foam. To this end, a plurality of groups combined to form processing line s and consisting of a sterilisation unit, a drying unit and a filling unit, ar e arranged on a rotary-table machine (1) in a fixed manner, and the transport direction of the composite packagings (P) on the rotary-table machine extend s radially about the rotational axis (R). |
