[EN] The invention relates to a system and a method for converting heat energy into mechanical, electrical, and/or thermal energy. According to the invention, at least two circuits are connected together by at least one common sub-section. The first circuit has at least one expansion device (9) and the common sub-section is connected to the first and the second circuit by means of at least one jet compressor (3). A working fluid is guided into the first circuit, a propellant is guided into the second circuit and a mixture of the working fluid and the propellant is guided into the common sub-section. The mixture formed in the jet compressor (3) is subsequently separated in a separation device (6) into a working fluid flow and a propellant flow. The working fluid is returned to the first circuit and is guided to an evaporation unit (8). The evaporated working fluid is supplied to the expansion unit (9) and subsequently to the jet compressor (3). The separated propellant is returned to the second circuit and supplied to a collector (2) for absorbing heat energy and is guided to the jet compressor (3) after the absorption of the heat energy. |
