[Class 87 (i)] A hollow block specially intended for dry masonry is of general parallelopiped shape, opposite side walls have a portion of undulated form between two flat portions, projections or ribs on the top surface'and corresponding mating recesses or grooves on the under surface. The block may be substantially square in plan or twice as long' as broad. The block of square section may have flat portions 3, 4 connected by undulating portions 1. 2. A rib 5 may surround the hollow, and mate with a corresponding recess at the bottom of the adjacent block. |
