[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Transponders (30), insbesondere eines RFID-Transponders, an einem Gegenstand (13). Um einen Gegenstand (13) möglichst effizient, automatisiert und kostengünstig mit einem Transponder auszustatten, weist die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung eine Präparierungseinrichtung (20) zum Herstellen einer Aufnahme (33) für den Transponder (30) in dem Material des Gegenstandes (13) und eine Bestückungseinrichtung (22) zum Einbringen des Transponders (30) in die Aufnahme (33) auf, wobei die Präparierungseinrichtung (20) und die Bestückungseinrichtung (22) an einem verfahrbaren Positionierungselement (18) zum Herstellen der Aufnahme (33) und zum Einbringen des Transponders (30) in die Aufnahme (33) angeordnet sind.
[EN] The device (10) has a preparing device (20) i.e. boring machine, for producing a receptacle i.e. borehole, for a transponder in a material of an object e.g. wooden pallet (13). A mounting device (22) brings the transponder in the receptacle. The preparing device and mounting device are arranged at a common movable positioning element (18). The positioning element is movable by a drive (19). The transponder is fixed at the receptacle using holding units. The mounting device comprises a movable insertion element for insertion of the transponder in the receptacle. |
