[DE] Eine Beschichtungszusammensetzung umfaßt ein Polykondensat, das erhältlich ist durch Umsetzen von DOLLAR A a) einem Vorhydrolysat auf Basis von mindestens einem hydrolysierbaren Silan mit mindestens einem nicht hydrolysierbaren Substituenten, wobei das Silan an mindestens einem nicht hydrolysierbaren Substituenten eine oder mehrere Epoxidgruppen aufweist; DOLLAR A b) mindestens einer Aminkomponenten, ausgewählt aus (1) Vorhydrolysaten auf Basis von mindestens einem hydrolysierbaren Silan mit mindestens einem nicht hydrolysierbaren Substituenten, wobei das Silan an mindestens einem nicht hydrolysierbaren Substituenten eine oder mehrere Aminogruppen aufweist und (2) Aminverbindungen mit mindestens zwei Aminogruppen, und DOLLAR A c) einem Aminoschutzgruppen-Reagenz. DOLLAR A Die Beschichtungszusammensetzung eignet sich insbesondere zum Beschichten von Glas, Glaskeramik und Keramik, wodurch eine Erhöhung der Festigkeit und auch ein Schutz vor Beschädigung erreicht werden kann.
[EN] A coating composition comprises a polycondensate prepared from a pre-hydrolysate of a hydrolysable silane(s) with an epoxide group(s) on a non-hydrolysable substitutent(s), an amine(s) from prehydrolysates of a hydrolysable silane(s) with an amine group(s) on a non-hydrolysable substitutent(s) and an at least diamine, and an amino protecting reagent. A coating composition comprises a polycondensate prepared by reacting: (a) pre-hydrolysate based on a hydrolysable silane(s) with an epoxide group(s) on a non-hydrolysable substitutent(s); (b) an amine(s) from prehydrolysates based on a hydrolysable silane(s) with an amine group(s) on a non-hydrolysable substitutent(s) and an at least diamine; and (c) an amino protecting reagent. Independent claims are included for the preparation of the above coating composition by reacting (a), (b) and (c) as above and a substrate coated with the above coating. |
