[DE] Es werden ein Verfahren und eine als Druckpaste verwendbare Zusammensetzung zum Bedrucken von Substraten beschrieben. In dem Verfahren wird eine Druckpaste, umfassend a) ein nach dem Sol-Gel-Verfahren erhaltenes matrixbildendes Vorkondensat auf Basis von Polyorganosiloxanen und b) ein oder mehrere färbende, lumineszierende, leitfähige und/oder katalytisch wirksame Füllstoffe, bildmäßig auf das Substrat aufgebracht und durch eine Wärmebehandlung verdichtet, wobei die Verdichtung bei einer Temperatur durchgeführt wird, die niedriger liegt als die Glasübergangstemperatur der sich bildenden Matrix. DOLLAR A Das Verfahren und die Druckpasten eignen sich z. B. zur Herstellung von Leiterbahnen oder von dekorativen Mustern.
[EN] The invention relates to a method and a composition for printing substrates. Said composition can be used as a printing paste. According to the inventive method, a printing paste comprising a) a precondensate that is obtained by means of the sol-gel method, forms a matrix and is based upon polyorganosiloxanes and b) one or more colorific, luminescent, conductive and/or catalytically effective extenders are applied to the substrate in an imagewise manner and are condensed by means of heat treatment in a temperature that is lower than the glass transition temperature of the matrix being formed. The method and the printing pastes are useful for producing printed circuit boards or decorative patterns for instance. |
