[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft Haushaltsgeräte, die auf einer mit einem Pulverlack beschichteten Oberfläche eine kratz- und abriebbeständige Deckschicht aus einem Lack aufweisen, welcher umfaßt: DOLLAR A a) Kondensate auf Basis von hydrolysierbaren Silanen mit mindestens einem nicht hydrolysierbaren Substituenten, wobei die hydrolysierbaren Silane an mindestens einem nicht hydrolysierbaren Substituenten eine Epoxidgruppe aufweisen; DOLLAR A b) einen Härtungskatalysator, der ausgewählt ist aus Lewis-Basen und Alkoholaten von Titan, Zirkonium oder Aluminium; DOLLAR A c) nanoskalige anorganische Feststoff-Teilchen mit einer Teilchengröße im Bereich von 1 bis 100 nm; und DOLLAR A d) mindestens ein organisches Monomer, Oligomer oder Polymer mit mindestens einer Epoxidgruppe.
[EN] The invention relates to domestic appliances which on a powder-coated surface have a scratch- and abrasion-resistant top coat made of a lacquer consisting of: a) condensates on the basis of hydrolysable silanes with at least one non-hydrolysable substituent, where the hydrolysable silanes have an epoxide group on at least one non-hydrolysable substituent; b) a curing catalyst taken from the Lewis bases and titanium, zirconium or aluminium alcoholates; c) nanoscale inorganic solid particles having a particle size of between 1 and 100 nm; and d) at least one organic monomer, oligomer or polymer with at least one epoxide group. |
