[DE] Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines thermisch verformten, mit einem Sol-Gel-Lack beschichteten Substrats, bei dem der Sol-Gel-Lack ein oder mehrere hydrolysierbare Silane, die gegebenenfalls zu einem Vorkondensat hydrolysiert sind, und gegebenenfalls ein Vernetzungsmittel enthält, wobei zumindest ein Teil der hydrolysierbaren Silane an einem nicht hydrolysierbaren Substituenten eine funktionelle Gruppe aufweist, über die eine Vernetzung möglich ist, und bei dem DOLLAR A A) der Sol-Gel-Lack auf ein thermisch verformbares Substrat aufgetragen wird, DOLLAR A B) der aufgetragene Sol-Gel-Lack teilweise vorvernetzt und/oder getrocknet wird, DOLLAR A C) anschließend das mit dem Sol-Gel-Lack beschichtete Substrat thermisch verformt wird und DOLLAR A D) während und/oder nach der thermischen Verformung eine vollständige Aushärtung des Sol-Gel-Lacks durch thermische oder photochemische Vernetzung durchgeführt wird.
[EN] The invention relates to a method for producing a thermoshaped substrate coated with a sol-gel lacquer according to which the sol-gel lacquer contains one or several hydrolyzable silanes that can optionally be hydrolyzed to form a precondensate, and optionally contains a cross-linking agent. At least one part of the hydrolyzable silanes comprises a functional group on an unhydrolyzable substituent. Said functional group makes cross-linking possible. According to the invention, A) the sol-gel lacquer is applied to a substrate which can be thermoshaped; B) the applied sol-gel lacquer is partially pre-cross-linked and/or dried; C) the substrate coated with the sol-gel lacquer is subsequently thermoshaped, and; D) during and/or after thermoshaping, the sol-gel lacquer is completely hardened by thermal or photochemical cross-linking. |
