[DE] Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Substraten mit Hochtemperatur- und UV-beständigen, transparenten, farbigen Beschichtungen, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß man ein Substrat mit einer Beschichtungszusammensetzung versieht, die$A (A) mindestens ein Element, das ein glasartiges, kristallines oder teilkristallines Oxid bilden kann, in Form einer Verbindung, die bei thermischer Behandlung dieses Oxid liefern kann und in einem zumindest vorwiegend wäßrigen Medium als Lösung oder Sol vorliegt, als matrixbildende Komponente;$A (B) mindestens ein Mitglied aus der Gruppe der Metall-, Metallverbindungs- und Metallegierungskolloide und der Metallverbindungen, die unter reduzierenden Bedingungen Metallkolloide bilden können, als farbgebende Komponente$A enthält, und den resultierenden Überzug thermisch unter Bildung des beschichteten Substrats härtet.$A Als Substrate eignen sich insbesondere Glassubstrate, wobei das Verfahren bei der Beschichtung von (Halogen)lampenkolben und Gasentladungsröhren von besonderem Vorteil ist.
[EN] The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing substrates with transparent and colour coatings stable at high temperatures and in the presence of ultraviolet rays, characterized in that they cover a substrate made of a compound containing A), as a matrix component, at least one element which can form a glassy, crystalline or partially crystalline oxyde, resembles a compound capable of producing said oxyde if submitted to a heat treatment, and is located, at least partially, in a substantially aqueous medium, and B), as a chromophoric component, at least one member of the group of metal or metal compound or metal alloy colloids, as well as the metal compounds capable of forming metal colloids under reducing conditions, and which causes the coatings obtained on that way to be thermoset, thereby forming the coated substrate. The appropriate substrates are inter alia the glassy substrates, so that the inventive method is particularly suited for coating halogen lamp bulbs and gas-filled tubes. |
