[DE] Verfahren zur Herstellung von Substraten mit einer Schicht aus anorganischem Gel-, Glas-, Glaskeramik- oder Keramikmaterial, in welchem man eine Beschichtungszusammensetzung, umfassend nanoskalige Teilchen und wasserlösliche organische Flexibilisatoren, auf das Substrat aufbringt und wärmebehandelt. Durch das Verfahren können rißfreie und transparente Dickschichten erhalten werden. DOLLAR A Die beschichteten Substrate eignen sich insbesondere für optische, optoelektronische, elektronische, mikromechanische oder schmutzabweisende Bauteile.
