[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Piezoaktorenkomponente mit einem Schichtaufbau mehrerer Schichten eines aktiven Materials, insbesondere eine Piezokeramik, und mit jeweils zwischen den Schichten eines aktiven Materials angeordneten leitfähigen Elektroden. Hierzu werden eine Vielzahl insbesondere paralleler, zueinander beabstandeter Abschnitte eines Drahtes als Windungen (5) auf einem Wickelkörper (8) aufgewickelt, wobei die Windungen (5) nach der Fixierung unterbrochen werden. Auf diese Weise bilden mehrere parallele Abschnitte des Drahtes (6) verschiedener Windungen (5) die Elektrode. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren in überraschend einfacher Weise die parallelen Drähte (6) dadurch hergestellt werden können, dass diese zunächst als eine Vielzahl von Windungen eines einzigen Drahtes (6) als Wicklung auf dem Wickelkörper (8) erzeugt und anschließend den gewünschten Abmessungen entsprechend entlang des Umfangs der Schichtfläche getrennt werden.
[EN] The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a piezoelectric actuator component, which has a layer structure of several layers of an active material, in particular a piezoelectric ceramic, and conductive electrodes arranged respectively between the layers of an active material. For this purpose, a plurality of in particular parallel, spaced sections of a wire are wound on a coil form (8) as windings (5), wherein the windings (5) are disconnected after being fastened. In this way, several parallel sections of the wire (6) of various windings (5) form the electrode. It has been show that, thanks to the method according to the invention, the parallel wires (6) can be produced in a surprisingly simple manner by first fabricating said parallel wires in the form of a plurality of windings of a single wire (6) as a winding on the coil form (8) and then separating said parallel wires along the circumference of the layer surface according to the desired dimensions.
[FR] L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de fabrication d'un composant d'actionneur piézoélectrique comportant une structure stratifiée comprenant plusieurs couches d'un matériau actif, notamment de céramique piézoélectrique, et des électrodes électroconductrices disposées entre les couches de matériau actif. Selon l'invention, une pluralité de segments, notamment parallèles et espacés les uns des autres, d'un fil sont enroulés sur un support d'enroulement (8) pour former des spires (5), ces spires (5) étant sectionnées après avoir été fixées. Plusieurs segments parallèles du fil (6) de différentes spires (5) forment ainsi l'électrode. Le procédé selon l'invention a démontré que, de façon étonnement simple, les fils (6) parallèles peuvent être obtenus d'abord sous forme d'une pluralité de spires d'un seul fil (6) en tant qu'enroulement sur le support d'enroulement (8) avant d'être sectionnés aux mesures voulues sur la périphérie de la surface stratifiée. |
