[DE] Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formteilen (32), insbesondere von Mikroformteilen, vorgeschlagen. Verwendung findet hierbei ein Pressformwerkzeug (22) mit einem Stempel (24) und einem zu dem Stempel korrespondierenden Gegenstück (26), wobei bei einer Anordnung des Stempels in einer vorgegebenen Endposition dieser mit dem Gegenstück eine Kavität (28) definiert, deren Form im Wesentlichen der Form des herzustellenden Formteils entspricht. Das Verfahren verwendet ein bei Raumtemperatur amorphes oder teilkristallines, teil- oder vollfluoriertes thermoplastisches Polymermaterial.
[EN] A method for producing molded parts (32), particularly micro-molded parts, is proposed. In the process, a press molding tool (22) having a die (24) and a counter-piece (26) corresponding to the die is used, wherein in an arrangement of the die in a predefined final position said die together with the counter-piece defines a cavity (28), the shape of which substantially corresponds to the shape of the molded part to be produced. The method uses a partially or fully fluorinated thermoplastic polymer material, which at room temperature is amorphous or semi-crystalline.
[FR] L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pièces (32), en particulier, de pièces microscopiques. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser un outil d'emboutissage (22) pourvu d'un poinçon (24) et d'une matrice (26) correspondante, le poinçon, dans une position d'extrémité déterminée, définissant une cavité (28) avec la matrice, dont la forme correspond sensiblement à celle de la pièce à fabriquer. Le procédé met en application un matériau polymère thermoplastique partiellement ou totalement fluoré, amorphe ou partiellement cristallin à température ambiante. |
