[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzhaube zum leicht lösbaren Aufkleben auf glatte Oberflächen, wobei die Schutzhaube wenigstens ein Segment 1 umfasst und das wenigstens eine Segment 1 einen Randbereich aufweist, welcher in Abschnitten oder umlaufend aus einem offenporigen Material besteht, wobei das Segment 1 an seinem Randbereich eine in Abschnitte unterteilte oder umlaufend ausgebildete Klebefläche 2 aufweist und der Klebstoff beim Beschichten unmittelbar auf das offenporige Material aufgetragenen wurde und tief in das Material 1‘ eingedrungen ist. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer derartigen Schutzhaube, sowie eine Verwendung zum Abdecken einer frisch lackierten Oberfläche eines Fahrzeuges.
[EN] The protective cover comprises a segment (1) that has an edge portion, which consists of an open-pore material (1'). The segment, at its edge portion, is divided into sections or circumferentially extending adhesive surfaces (2). An adhesive is applied as a coating onto the open-pored material, and is penetrated deeply into the material. The adhesive surface has a width of 5-200 mm. A depth of penetration of the adhesive in the adhesive surface is 20%. The adhesive surface is coated with an adhesive having an elastic property, and is covered with a releasable, siliconized cover. The protective cover comprises a segment (1) that has an edge portion, which consists of an open-pore material (1'). The segment, at its edge portion, is divided into sections or circumferentially extending adhesive surfaces (2). An adhesive is applied as a coating onto the open-pored material, and is penetrated deeply into the material. The adhesive surface has a width of 5-200 mm. A depth of penetration of the adhesive in the adhesive surface is 20%. The adhesive surface is coated with an adhesive having an elastic property, and is covered with a releasable, siliconized cover. The segment has an area of 1 m 2> and a thickness of 20 mu m to 5 cm. A separation force between the cover and adhesive surface for releasing the cover is less than 1 N/cm. An independent claim is included for a method for preparation of segment of a protective cover. |
