[EN] The device comprises a balloon which has a deflection pulley system. A lift device stands directly or indirectly on the ground, but does not hang on the balloon. The balloon is fixed on the ground by at least three cables and is braced so that the tensioning cables include an overall angle of at least ten degrees. The residual tensile force by which the balloon is drawn upwards on the retaining cables is selected so that the acceleration forces which act upon the individuals to be transported cannot exceed a value which is predetermined. |
